Cancellation & Refund Policy If you have registered to attend a course that includes CPR, please note that while practicing these skills, you will be working with a partner and using a manikin. These practice sessions require some strenuous activity. Special areas of concern should be the knees, the wrists and the back. If you have a medical conditions or disability that might prevent you from performing the required movements, you should discuss it the Health and Safety Director at the chapter office immediately. There is a lot of information to be presented in a short amount of class time. Out of courtesy of the other students; please arrive at least five minutes early, ready to begin class. It is also important that you dress appropriately. A comfortable shirt and slacks are recommended. Please keep this in mind when dressing for class. The American Red Cross awards course completion certificates to participants, who attend the entire course, demonstrate successfully each of the skills that are taught, and pass the multiple choices written test(s).
