Welcome to a Tremendous Tuesday and a Terrific start to a brand new week!
What a BIG Difference the Highlands Chapter made in our communities last week. It was because of YOU!
The United Way of Cumberland County along with Goodyear Tire and Rubber stopped by for a visit.
A dozen or so folks from our community were trained to be "Red Cross Ready".
Volunteers along with our ERV represented the Highlands Chapter at the Dunn Christmas Parade.
Our doors opened for the "GIFT of LIFE" and shared life saving Blood to up to 90 people.
The SAF Outreach Team visited with the NC Veterans Home and presented a Wii to assist with rehabilitation of residents.
We did 7 fire cases in the last week, assisted 18 clients and committed $2,157 in aid.
This week... things look just as exciting! Grab your calendars!!!!
We are beginning to decorate the Chapter for the Holidays today.
Holiday ornaments should be arriving this week. The cost is only $10. How many will you need? One for you and one for a friend?

Volunteer Orientation was this morning from 10-11:30. We are on the GROW, AGAIN!
Thanks to all those who stopped by and became new faces of the Highlands Chapter of The Red Cross!
