The XVIII Airborne Corps recognized the American Red Cross - Highlands Chapter and the dedicated volunteers that supported the search and recovery efforts from October 3-7, 2010 which resulted in the recovery of a Fort Bragg civilian employee. The Highlands Chapter and volunteers were presented with certificates of appreciation this morning at a ceremony at the Lillington Emergency Operations Center.
The Highlands Chapter is honored to be recognized by Lt. General Hemlick, Commanding General XVIII Corps and Commands Sergeant Major Rice, Corps CSM.
